Noëlle moved to LA from the Midwest as part of the prestigious, nationally recognized, prestigious program, Teach for Americato pursue a teaching career, program while Philippe came by way of France to attend USC, followed by a roles in film/TV productionas and as afitness and marketing entrepreneur, working with various multiple start-ups. They both ultimately transitioned to real estate because they knew their unique approach to client satisfaction would help people achieve happiness through homeownership.
Noëlle and Philippe love everything about LA, from its vast diversity to the surf and sun, to the enriching arts and cultural opportunities. They spend their free time exploring the city with their two sons and Australian Shepherdsie, and remain active in their community through regular beach cleanups and school volunteering.
Noelle has been helping clients in the Los Angeles luxury residential real estate market since 2002 and her client roster includes everyone from first-time homebuyers to entertainment and sports celebrities to CEOs. Originally from the Midwest (graduate of St. Olaf College), Noelle has a true Midwestern work ethic- meaning you mean what you say and you get the job done. She brings solid experience, unsurpassed professionalism, local agent connections, and intimate knowledge to each transaction.
Previous to real estate, she was a teacher with the nationally prestigious Teach for America, working in under-resourced schools in the Los Angeles area. Because of her experience as a teacher and understanding of the school options, plus having young children of her own and living on the Westside, Noelle thoroughly understands the needs of families when selling and buying.
Philippe brings an entrepreneurial approach to real estate (himself a serial entrepreneur across several industries and patent holder) which perfectly suits his work with developers, tech start-up millennials, and, as a father of two, helps his clients with kids (born or not) with the insights of figuring out for everyone to “find their place in the world”, the Compass Mission Statement.
